LOVE IN ACTION

This February, we've been talking about God's love and encouraging you to share Him with others.  Now, we are partnering with The Serve Team, and YOU have the chance to put your love into action as we collect blankets for the homeless in Houston and College Station.  It's a chance to demonstrate the love of God in a tangible way!

There are more than 10,000 homeless people on the streets of Houston on any given night, and 25% of these people are youth.  Check out 1 John 3:17-18, Proverbs 28:27, and Matthew 25:41-45 to hear what the Bible says on helping the poor!

"If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him?  Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth" (1 John 3:17-18).

HOUSTON BLANKET DRIVE

From Wednesday, February 22 at 3 PM - Thursday, February 23 at 7 PM
Drop off blankets at the 429
3750 North Shepherd Drive, Houston, TX
    NGEN & KSBJ will be on site on Wednesday from 3-7 PM!

The Serve Team will distribute blankets to the homeless in Houston after these drives.
